María Sánchez 

María Sánchez (b. 1993, VE) is an interdisciplinary artist who draws inspiration from psychoanalysis, quantum phenomena, mysticism, and technology, she creates art that delves into the layered architecture of the psyche, offering glimpses into the vast landscapes of the self. Her artistic practice includes traditional digital painting, drawing, experimental poetry, and movement-based deconstruction. She often combines these elements to create entities that resemble humans.

By blending traditional materials, such as paper, metal, and ink, with digital techniques, Sánchez creates a dialogue between organic and synthetic elements. Her use of minimal backgrounds and negative space reflects how silence punctuates music and how stillness reveals meaning in dance. By integrating physical gestures and constructed language, she creates work that serves as both ritual and disruption.
